Our “100% Buyer Protection Program” for products allows easy returns and refunds in the following cases:

• Products received in damaged/defective/broken condition.
• Products that you may not like due to quality or color issues.

Services

Our “100% Buyer Protection Program” for services follows this refund & cancellation policy:

• Any cancellation made within two hours of payment will be refunded.
• No refund will be provided for incorrect data submitted by the customer. However, correct information can be sent within two hours of placing the order.
• Once a report is delivered, no refund will be made.
• In case of a double payment by mistake against the same order, the extra payment will be refunded.

How to raise a dispute for an order?

To raise a dispute, please send an email to info@astromantraa.com
with images of broken/defective/damaged products within two working days of delivery.

• Products must be returned in their original condition with all bills, tags, and labels.
• Mention your order number in the email.
• After reviewing your request, we will send you an email with resolution/return instructions within 3 working days.
• We recommend using a traceable courier service for returning items.

What if Astromantraa is not responding?

Please allow 3 business days for us to address your issue. If you do not receive a response, or if the issue is unresolved, kindly email us again at info@astromantraa.com and we will ensure timely resolution.

Who pays for return delivery charges?

• If the return is due to a damaged/defective item or an error on our part, you will not bear any return charges.
• Please ensure items are packed safely while returning, so they reach us in good condition.

Refunds include the product price + shipping charges (if any) and are credited directly to your bank/credit/debit card within 7 working days.

When will I be refunded?

• Refunds are processed once we receive the returned product.
• Credit will be made within 7 working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Bank Holidays).
• Refunds are subject to processing time by banks/payment gateways.
• Transaction charges, shipping (both ways), customs duty, and other charges borne by Astromantraa may be deducted from the refund.
• Exception: No deductions will apply if the refund is due to damaged/defective/broken products.

How are items packaged?

All items are securely packaged to prevent any damage during transit.

Shipping & Delivery

• Domestic Delivery: Estimated within 7 working days.
• International Delivery: Estimated within 15 working days.
• All orders are shipped within 1 business day from the Astromantraa warehouse.
• Deliveries are handled by reputed courier companies like Bluedart, FedEx, or Speed Post (where courier services are unavailable).

If delivery is not possible at your address, we will contact you for an alternate location.

Do you deliver internationally?

• Yes, Astromantraa.com delivers items worldwide using Bluedart or FedEx to ensure safe and timely shipping.

Order Tracking

• Once dispatched, you will receive a Tracking ID via email. You can use this ID to track your order on the courier partner’s website.

Taxes & Duties for International Orders

• Customs duty and other international taxes (if applicable) must be borne by the customer, as per the laws of the respective country.
